2. AI and your data

Each API call to Anthropic is completely independent. There is no mechanism by which your proprietary information could appear in outputs generated for any other user. Your intellectual property remains entirely confidential.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with the trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

4. Data security

• All data encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• All data in transit protected using TLS 1.2 or higher
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt — never stored in plain text
• Row-level database security ensures your data is accessible only to your authenticated account
• API keys stored as encrypted server-side environment variables — never exposed to browsers

5. Data retention

We retain your account information and project data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account moves to read-only status and your data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@singulartosix.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. International users & GDPR

Singular to Six is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our platform from the EU, EEA, or UK, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Our lawful basis for processing your data under GDPR: contract performance (to provide the services you signed up for), legitimate interests (improving the platform), and consent (for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).

8. Cookies & tracking

Singular to Six uses minimal cookies and local storage necessary to operate the platform — primarily to maintain your authenticated session. We do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics services that track you across other websites.

9. Children’s privacy

Singular to Six is a professional platform intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at contact@singulartosix.com.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Singular to Six you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. If you are using Singular to Six on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of service

Singular to Six is an AI-powered process improvement platform providing five AI-powered tools: Project Charter Builder, FMEA Generator, SIPOC & Value Stream Mapper, Sigma Calculator, and Accountability Engine.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

3. Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone outside your licensed seat count
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Do not scrape or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
• Do not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Do not resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission

6. AI-generated outputs

All outputs generated by Singular to Six are AI-generated decision-support tools intended to assist qualified professionals. Outputs should always be reviewed by a qualified professional before being acted upon. Singular to Six outputs do not constitute professional engineering advice, quality certification, regulatory compliance guidance, or legal advice.

You retain ownership of the outputs generated from your inputs. You are solely responsible for how you use or act upon those outputs.

7. Intellectual property

Our property: The Singular to Six platform, design, code, and branding are owned by Singular to Six.

Your property: You retain full ownership of all data you input and all outputs generated on your behalf.

License to operate: By submitting inputs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to provide the service to you. This license ends when your account is closed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Singular to Six and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Singular to Six and its owner from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period as described in Section 4.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Firewall & IT requirements

Singular to Six is a cloud-based platform that uses standard HTTPS traffic on port 443 — the same as any secure website. No special network configuration is required for most users.

For organizations with managed firewall policies, please ask your IT department to whitelist the following domains:

All traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher. No non-standard ports are required. If your IT team needs additional documentation, contact us at contact@singulartosix.com and we will provide a formal network requirements document within 48–72 hours.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in Supabase’s managed PostgreSQL database, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified.

Who can see my data and process descriptions?

Only you. Row-level security ensures your data is only accessible by authenticated users in your account. Singular to Six staff do not have routine access to customer data.

Can my data appear in AI outputs for other users?

No. Anthropic’s API does not use API inputs to train models, and each API call is completely independent.

Do you have a data processing agreement (DPA) available?

Yes — Enterprise customers can request a DPA by contacting us at contact@singulartosix.com.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account moves to read-only on cancellation. To request permanent deletion of all your data, contact us at contact@singulartosix.com.

Are you GDPR compliant?

We are working toward full GDPR compliance. We collect only data necessary to operate the service, provide data deletion on request, and do not sell personal data.

Found a security vulnerability?

We take all security reports seriously and respond within 48–72 hours. Please contact us directly rather than disclosing publicly.
